How do I return an item?Updated 9 months ago
You can now return the items to our Online Department for an exchange, online e-voucher, or refund, provided our T&Cs have been followed.
Simply enter your order number and postcode through our returns portal here.
Alternatively, you can visit your closest You & All store to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
(NOTE: this credit note will only be redeemable in-store/ not online. The refund option is only available for orders not placed with zippay/afterpay when returning in-store. If purchased with afterpay/zippay or American Express you are eligible for an exchange or store credit)
Please also note any items marked as a sale item, which is classified as anything with a discount of 40% off or over, can only be returned as a store credit/e-voucher.
