How do I redeem loyalty points?

Simply redeem your points by applying them at checkout for discounts!. Please note: points can only be earnt and redeemed online.

I've purchased in store, will I receive points for this?

At the moment, our You & All Rewards are only available for online purchases and customers.

I haven't received my birthday reward?

Birthday rewards are sent to customers who have submitted their birthday at least 30 days before their birthday. Still haven't received it? Please reach out to our customer care team.
